Christmas Shipping
The Decal Store will remain open for business throughout Christmas and New Year, but with a suspension on the posting of items.
The last shipping date for UK orders is Friday 19 December - for all orders placed up to Thursday 18 December.
The last shipping date for International orders is Monday 15 December - for all orders placed up to Sunday 14 December.
Orders sent on these dates may reach you after Christmas, as these are after the final dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery, both to the UK and to some international destinations.
The last Christmas Post date for UK customers, by Royal Mail Second Class, is Wednesday 17 December.
The last Christmas post dates to destinations outside the UK, by International Standard Letter, vary from around Friday 5 December to Monday 15 December, depending on where you’re at.
Normal next-working-day shipping will resume, to all destinations, from Monday 29 December.

UK Shipping
UK orders will be sent out by standard Second Class mail, via Royal Mail, with a flat rate of £2.50 for P&P on all orders.
Please allow around 5 working days for delivery.
All shipments are insured up to a £20 value. If your total order value exceeds £20, it will be sent in more than one batch.
International Standard Shipping
International orders will be sent out by International Standard Letter, via Royal Mail, with a flat rate of £5.00 for P&P on all orders - unless eligible for International PDDP Shipping.
Please allow around 15 working days for delivery.
All shipments are insured up to a £20 value. If your total order value exceeds £20, it will be sent in more than one batch.
International PDDP Shipping
Royal Mail Postal Delivered Duties Paid shipping (PDDP) will be used for eligible international orders.
With PDDP shipping, VAT and duties are collected at the point of sale and are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner, so you won’t incur any additional cost at the doorstep.
By using the PDDP service, this means that international customers have peace of mind that there will be no extra fees due on receiving orders.
International PDDP orders will be sent out by International Standard Letter, via Royal Mail, with a flat rate of £5.00 P&P on all orders, plus a charge of 10% to contribute towards the PDDP handling and customs fees.

International PDDP shipping is currently available for the following international destinations, but more countries may be added in future:

Please note that orders from this website may not always be eligible for PDDP shipping to some of the countries shown on the Royal Mail website, due to item type and order value.
All PDDP shipments are insured.

We do not accept returns, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss a free replacement, or a refund.
