Shipping Policy
UK Shipping
There’s a flat rate of £2.50 for P&P on all UK orders.
UK orders up to £20 value will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow around 5 working days for delivery.
UK orders over £20 value will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.
International Standard Shipping
There’s a flat rate of £5.00 for P&P on all International orders, plus a 10% handling fee.
International orders, from outside the UK, up to £20 value will be sent worldwide by International Standard Letter.
International orders, from outside the UK, over £20 value will be sent in separate batches not exceeding £20 maximum value each (for example, a £50 order will be sent in 3 packages).
Please allow around 15 working days for delivery.
International PDDP Shipping
Full value must be declared for all international orders, for insurance reasons.
Where available, the Royal Mail Postal Delivered Duties Paid shipping (PDDP) service will be used to cover any International Import or Customs fees at the point of sale, at no extra cost.
With PDDP shipping, VAT and duties are collected at the point of sale and are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner, so you won’t incur any additional cost at the doorstep.
International PDDP orders will be sent out by International Standard Letter, via Royal Mail.
International PDDP shipping is currently available for the following international destinations, but more countries may be added in future:
Austria
Cyprus
France
Luxembourg
Malta
Switzerland
The Republic of Ireland
United States of America
Countries on this list may not always be eligible for PDDP shipping, which is dependent on the item type and order value.
Please Note: For destinations where PDDP shipping is not available, you may be subject to import or customs fees on delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
We do not accept returns, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss a free replacement, or a refund.
