UK Shipping

UK orders will be sent out by standard Second Class mail, via Royal Mail, with a flat rate of £2.50 for P&P on all orders.

Please allow around 5 working days for delivery.

All shipments are insured up to a £20 value. If your total order value exceeds £20, it will be sent in more than one batch.

International Standard Shipping

International orders will be sent out by International Standard Letter, via Royal Mail, with a flat rate of £5.00 for P&P on all orders - unless eligible for International PDDP Shipping.

International PDDP Shipping

Royal Mail Postal Delivered Duties Paid shipping (PDDP) will be used for eligible international orders.

With PDDP shipping, VAT and duties are collected at the point of sale and are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner, so you won’t incur any additional cost at the doorstep.

By using the PDDP service, this means that international customers have peace of mind that there will be no extra fees due on receiving orders, with the added bonus that orders will be sent tracked.

International PDDP orders will be sent out by International Standard Letter, via Royal Mail, with a flat rate of £5.00 P&P on all orders, plus a charge of 10% to contribute towards the PDDP handling and customs fees.

All International PDDP orders will be sent by tracked mail. Please allow around 15 working days for delivery.

International PDDP shipping is currently available for the following international destinations, but more countries will be being added in future:

  • Austria

  • Cyprus

  • France

  • Germany

  • Luxembourg

  • Malta

  • Netherlands

  • Norway

  • Switzerland

  • The Republic of Ireland

  • United States of America

All PDDP shipments are insured.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept returns, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss a free replacement, or a refund.
