Shipping Policy

All orders for in-stock items will be posted within 3 working days after payment.

Orders for vinyl sticker sets, which are made to order, will be posted within 5 working days.

Any shipping and handling fees due will be added at checkout, on confirmation of delivery address.

UK Shipping

There’s a flat rate of £1.50 for P&P on all UK orders up to £20 order value.

UK orders up to £20 value will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow around 5 working days for delivery.

UK orders over £20 value will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48hr.

P&P is FREE for all UK orders over £20 value.

International Shipping

There’s a flat rate of £3.50, plus a 5% handling fee, for P&P on all International orders up to £30 order value.

P&P is FREE for all International orders over £30 value.

International orders, from outside the UK, up to £20 value will be sent worldwide by International Standard Letter.

International orders, from outside the UK, over £20 value may be sent in separate batches not exceeding £20 maximum value each (for example, a £50 order may be sent in 3 packages), or in some cases larger orders may be sent in a single batch by International Tracked Letter.

Please allow around 15 working days for delivery.

International PDDP shipping

Where available, the Royal Mail Postal Delivered Duties Paid shipping (PDDP) service will be used to cover any International Import or Customs fees at the point of sale, at no extra cost to the customer.

With PDDP shipping, VAT and duties are paid by RoboLukas Decal Store when posting your items, and are handled by UK Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner, so you won’t incur any additional cost at checkout or on receipt of your items.

International PDDP orders will be sent out by International Standard Letter, via Royal Mail.

International PDDP shipping is currently available for a limited number of international destinations, but more countries may be added in future.

Eligibility for PDDP shipping may be dependent on your order type and value, so PDDP shipping may not always be available, even to countries where the service is used.

International Shipping Fees

Full value must be declared for all international orders.

You may be subject to import or customs fees on delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept returns, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss a free replacement, or a refund.
